Hi! I'm Miss Kelli, and for as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a teacher. I hold a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYUI. With 18 years of diverse experience, I've taught in daycares, managed before-and-after school programs, nannied, worked with youth in church, opened a non-profit for homeschoolers during COVID, and served as a Daycare Director.
Before I opened my preschool, I was a daycare director working long hours, often bringing my kids for 10-hour days. My oldest would come home from school to an empty house because I couldn't be home for a few more hours. It was taking a toll on me and my family, so I quit and decided to open a preschool in my home. This decision allowed me to work while my kids were in school and be home and present when they returned. I wanted something reliable yet flexible for family life.
Now, as the owner of Kelli's Little Learners, I'm excited to bring my passion for education to YOU—I can't wait! I want to give my employees the same work-life balance because our families are important and the reason we work hard!
At Kelli's Little Learners, we believe in creating a nurturing environment not only for our students but also for our team members. We offer flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive community. Explore our available positions and find the perfect fit for you!
